Have you seen Django Unchained yet? We loved it, and it's still on at the cinema in Monaco this week.
What's new?
Several restaurants are taking their annual holiday at the moment, so we were pleased to find Cave de Max Monaco open last weekend. Max left his son in charge of the eponymous Cave in Cap d'Ail 6 months ago and is now serving food and wine in Monte Carlo. In Fontvieille, BeefBar is also open and celebrating its 4 diamonds Monaco classification. Currently closed, but promising to open in March is McCarthy's, although still no news as to whether it'll retain its Irish image. Whatever happens, you'll be glad to know that a good pint of Guinness and a roast dinner is now to be found in Cremaillere.
What's in the diary...
Thursday: What British dish is served in Monaco?
Friday: Screen happiness and Miserables movie.
Saturday: Rugby result then carnival party.
Sunday: Bows and arrows, brunch and Bolling.
Coming up next week, an Italian sleep walker, a football match, and international networking.
