Following recent changes in management at its Hermitage Hotel, SBM has appointed a new Directeur General for the Hotel de Paris too. Guy Bertaud has held management positions in luxury hotels in Paris, and is well known on the luxury brands conference circuit.
A new snack bar is to open in Fontvieille in the space left vacant by Attitude Power Plate Centre. It's called Constantine, and the owners are currently building a store front on the pavement from which they'll offer takeaways and deliveries when it opens. Over in Condamine, Chez Bacco, which changed its name to Gusto for a while has regained its original name with a new owner and management.
