What's new?

Monaco Restaurant Group's Mozza restaurant has announced that it's to reopen in Spring, but so far there's no firm date. Another eatery, Avenue 31, owned by the same chain, has introduced a special Thai menu. During the next month, the kitchen is offering weekly lunch formulas and dishes a la carte. Over at the port, Italian Vecchia Firenze's is closed until 20th March for work, and up on the Rock, changes are expected at pizzeria Da Sergio.

Tonight is going to be busy if you're planning a romantic meal out for your valentine, and the kids are on holiday for half term break next week.

What's in the diary...

Thursday: The food of love.
Friday:  The lamentations of Jeremiah.
Saturday: Rigoletto, rowing, and basketball.
Sunday: Model car racing.

Coming up next week, fashion for girls and networking for adults.
