Win for Monte Carlo SBM chefs
If you're looking for the perfect pizza, make your way to Monte Carlo Beach. The hotel's chef Giovanni Pigneri and demi-chef de partie Tommaso Rosolia recently carried off the prize for Best Overseas Pizzeria at the 23rd Pizza World Championship in Parma, Italy. More than 600 competitors from 35 countries took part in the annual competition, where the jury was won over by the Monaco chefs' Parmigiana Biologica pizza, prepared with 100% organic ingredients.
Throughout summer, the pizza features on the menus of the hotel's Sea Lounge and Cabanas beachside restaurant.
