Fund-raising food for Fight Aids Monaco
Meridien Beach Plaza's Chef Patissier, Julien Beaulieu, has designed a delicious eclair to raise money for Fight Aids Monaco.
Created in 2004 by Princess Stephanie, Fight Aids Monaco is a non-governmental, non-profit-making organization that works to improve the quality of life of those suffering from AIDS. Last year Patissier Beaulieu created a charitable chocolate moelleux for the association, and this year, he's designed a chocolate and raspberry eclair. Topped with white icing and filled with fondant chocolate, it's being sold at the hotel bar, with a hot drink included. 50% of the 13 euros price is donated to Fight Aids Monaco.
You'll have to hurry tho', as the sweet deal ends on 31st January.
