Cafe de Paris re-opens its oyster bar in Monte Carlo for winter.

So said Albert J Bellows. So why not give up labouring for a little and enjoy a dish of oysters from the Cafe de Paris. The Casino Square dining room re-opens its Oyster Bar for seafood and shellfish on 3rd October. And if you're not a fan of the pearl producing shellfish, you can treat yourself to a dish of winkles, shrimp and prawns.
Joel de Pretto shucks the oysters and prepares shellfish platters, as he has done for several years. Dine in the Cafe, or request a takeaway to enjoy at home.
