Outward Bound for summer 2013

Challenging activities for teenagers

Outward Bound Monaco has a suggestion for how to keep the kids busy during the summer holidays. The educational charity has places available for teenagers aged 13-16 who'd like to attend a summer course in July or August. Designed to expand the horizons of young people through challenging experiences, courses take place in one of 3 activity centres in the UK; Loch Eil in Scotland, Ullswater in the Lake District, and Aberdovey in Wales.

Last year, 23 young people attended the courses and were later presented certificates by Prince Albert II at the Outward Bound Monaco awards evening in December.

If you know someone who'd like to attend one of the courses, contact Vanessa Ilsley of Outward Bound Monaco:

The courses are open to students of all nationalities who live in and around Monaco.
