New chef for A'Trego

Further changes at Starck designed restaurant

A'Trego opened its doors for the season yesterday, and welcomed a new chef. Joel Metony, originally from Guadeloupe, replaces chef Patrice Lafon, who himself replaced Laurent Sturbois, who designed the original carte. The Cap d'Ail venue looks likely to change its concept again this year, as the arrival of Metony also heralds a new name for the restaurant, now known as La Cantine.
