Meridien Hotel's new restaurant.
Set between the swimming pool and private beach, the Meridien Beach Plaza's new restaurant will have a view over the sea towards the Rock. The restaurant's name, Muse, suggests a relaxing, peaceful outdoor eating experience. It'll be big enough to hold private parties for up to 200 people and has been designed by Trendy Parisian architect Tristan Auer. Muse opens in spring this year and will be serving food and drink 24/24 during the warm spring and summer months.
