The world champion patissier already sells his wares in Paris, London, New York and Tokyo, and has several outlets in his native Belgium. Marcolini roasts his own cocoa beans and creates much more than the usual tablets and truffles. His Christmas collection contains a chocolate teddy and several varieties of chocolate Christmas trees.
