International philately exhibition starts 4th December.
Over 3 days Monaco is hosting an exhibition of the most rare postal stamps and philatelic documents. Drawing on collections of Prince Albert II, Queen Elizabeth II, and other private collectors. This year, there's a special exhibition dedicated to Belgian philately.
At the same time, postal services and international dealers will be selling the latest stamps and items to add to your collection. Monaco's stamp issuing office is premiering its 2010 program of 13 stamps, and the artists will be on hand to sign their autographs.
All of this, raffle tickets, prizes and a 2009 Monaco 2 euro coin can be won. It's a philatelic fantasy.
