Nuit de l'hotellerie.
The 17th Nuit de l'Hotellerie gathered together hoteliers, chefs and restaurateurs at the Meridien Beach Plaza. Unfortunately bad weather forced the diners to abandon their meal by the pool and into the newly decorated Salon Atlantique. The soiree was an opportunity for the industry to present awards to Monaco's hospitality professionals, voted for by their peers. Master of Ceremonies Loic Brasseur, DG of the Novotel announced the 3 winners were:

- Jean-Marc Boyer, manager of Rose des Vents
- Cyril Ragotaz, director of Jimmy'z
