Movie stars on screen, under a starry sky

Monaco's 500 seat Open Air Cinema opens tonight with a comedy, Walk of Shame, starring Elizabeth Banks.
The outdoor theatre screens a different original version film every evening up to the beginning of September. Movies have been scheduled up to mid-July, with sci-fi and fantasy features, and four nights set aside for the World Cup quarter and semi finals broadcasts.
Programs begin at 21:30, with the main feature starting at 22:00. If you want to be sure of obtaining the best seats, get there early, from 20:45, when cinema doors open. Tariffs published on the cinema website remain the same as last year (to be confirmed):
- 11 euros, normal entry
- 8 euros, under 20s, over 60s and students
- 5.50 euros, carte d'or holders
- 85 euros, 10 ticket pass
- 3 euros extra charge for 3D films
Don't forget to take cash or a cheque book, as credit cards aren't accepted, and note that reduced price tickets aren't available on public holidays.
