Monaco Arts et Danses open today

A new name and a new location

It's a big weekend for Stephane Lobono, who opens his new new school Monaco Arts + Danses, in Condamine today.

Previously known a Danse Plus, Lobono's premises at avenue Saint Charles closed in June 2013. An alternative home was found in the Jardins d'Apolline district of Condamine, the same area that will shortly welcome Starbucks. The new, 220 m2 premises took six weeks and 300,000 euros investment to be fitted out, and welcomes its first students for singing classes this afternoon. Dance amateurs must wait until Monday 11th November for the school to be fully open for dancing and fitness courses.

The school offers instruction in various styles of dance, including hip hop and Zumba fitness. Its 16 teachers have access to technological teaching aids, such as touch screens and video projectors, and there's also a boutique selling dance clothing and accessories, and a photography studio.
