maBoum's guide to Monaco and Monte Carlo
Newsletter 18th November - Viva Munegu!
Tomorrow is Monaco's Fete Nationale. We're flying a red and white flag from our window and feasting on barbagiuan.
What's New
Although Rascasse is now closed for 6 months, there's no need to miss out on Wednesday salsa classes, as teacher Hamidine continues dancing at Zest. An old favourite, Zelo's (or Zebra Square as it used to be known) tells us it has a new concept, new look and new dishes. Thursday for Motown soul dinner and RnB hip hop club, Friday and Saturday for chill out dinners and pure clubbing. As far as we know, the chef and management are not new, but let us know what you think if you get there before us. Finally, for the art lovers, the Looking up.. expo at Villa Sauber is extended to the end of April 2011.
What's in the diary
Thursday: Light up the sky with some red and white glam.
Friday: A 48 year tribute, and on to Infinity.
Saturday: Keep on runnin' or walkin'. The Open is closed.
Sunday: Tchaikovsky's 'Gene and Zuckerberg's genius.
