Gourmet cookery classes at the Monte Carlo Beach.
Jean-Claude Brugel of the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel is sharing his culinary knowledge during spring. The Chef of the Deck restaurant and his second in command Michel Lions are teaching cooking.
- 20th April - spring vegetables and feuilletee pastry
- 26th April - sweet and savoury choux pastry
- 6th May - cooking with flowers
Each course starts with a breakfast briefing where instruction sheets are handed out, as well as your chef's hat and apron. The class takes place in the kitchen, where you'll work on a starter, main dish and pastry. After cooking, an aperitif is served on the terrace, after which you'll be able to taste the results of your labours at the Deck restaurant. Each trainee chef receives a diploma.
