3D technology and design on show.
On Wednesday 3rd Feb, the annual Imagina exhibition and conference takes over the Grimaldi Forum for 3 days. It's a chance for 3D technology designers, software developers and vendors to exchange ideas and promote the latest innovations. There's a packed program of conferences and workshops exploring key issues within the industry.
The highpoint is the presentation of the 2010 Imagina awards. Eleven prizes are up for grabs for the best 3D work in 4 categories:
- media and entertainment
- architecture and urbanism
- landscape and territory
- industry
The awards recognize the best use of 3D modeling, simulation and visualization and the winners will be announced at a gala evening on Thursday 4th Feb.
