Here's an opportunity for any of you who've always wanted to run your own snack bar. Monaco's Mairie has put out a call to tender for a fruit and soup bar in the newly refurbished Condamine Market. The business is to be up and running in the 2nd quarter of 2012, and open to the public daily from 7:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30. But you'll have to be quick, as submissions must be received by tomorrow.
