Regional authors attend Salon du Livre.

In order to change that, she decided to organize Monaco's first literary meeting last weekend in the Jardin Exotique's Salle Marcel Kroenlein.
Around 30 writers from the region between Toulon and Menton attended, including a dozen Monegasque authors, headed by journalist Bernard Spindler. His biography of Cocteau and Jean Marais, Un Si Joli Mensonge, was published last year by Monaco publisher Les Editions du Rocher. Several other authors also took the opportunity to present their work and to sign books.
Yvette Gazza-Cellario hopes not only to boost literature in the Principality, but also to raise awareness and use of its libraries.
Now we know where the Monaco poets have gone.
