Claire Verneil proves her pastry case
Fairmont Monte Carlo has appointed a new chef patissier.
Whilst working in the legal profession, Claire Verneil participated in MasterChef 2011 and finished in 4th place. Following her success on the show, she worked at Virgin Cafe on the Champs Elysees as chef des cuisines. Verneil has accepted a position in chef Philippe Joannes team, and we'll soon be able to judge her pastry skills for ourselves.
