Explorers Pub is introducing show cooking to its Friday and Saturday evening menus. The restaurant has constructed an open kitchen on its terrace at the port, where chef Laurent Godano is preparing dishes. Clients can see their orders taken directly to the outdoor kitchen, where they'll be prepared in full view. It's a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach, every weekend while the good weather continues.
