The weather may be cooler, but Chef Paolo Sari's autumnal dishes at Elsa Restaurant will warm you up. The gourmet eatery is open daily for lunch and dinner until the end of October. Seasonal products are used to create dishes such as creamy squash soup, warming platters with Puy lentils and wild mushrooms, and chestnut based desserts. Bread made in the restaurant kitchens includes petits pains with truffles and hazlenuts.

For oyster lovers, the restaurant has a special treat available up to 21st October. Chef Paolo Sari is serving up Perles de Monte Carlo oysters that are cultivated at a depth of 12 metres in the sea outside Fontvieille port. Said to have a delicate, nutty flavour, three of the molluscs are available with a flute of Dom Perignon 2003 as an aperitif, price 42 euros.
