Two Monaco chefs in the running.
Gastronomic journalists and editors have put together a shortlist of 10 chefs who are in the running for the title of Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur (PACA) Chef of the Decade. Two of the finalists are from Monaco: Franck Cerutti of the Louis XV and Joel Garault of the Vistamar. All the chefs have worked in the region for at least 8 years between 2000 and 2009, and have been ambassadors of regional gastronomy. The winner will be chosen by a jury, at La Reserve restaurant in Nice on Tuesday 26th March. Good luck chefs!
