Opened in 2007, the Maya Bay restaurant is popular for its Asian and Japanese food, and now it's adding a new taste experience. From tomorrow diners can order favourite Thai dishes such as Tom Kha Gai soup and Phad Thai noodles. And it's all expertly prepared in the kitchen by French chef Christophe Dupuy and his exclusively Thai team. A welcome addition to the world food scene in Monaco, we can already taste the coconut milk, lemon grass and galangal. Yummy!
