Event organizers at the British Association of Monaco have a number of day trips planned for the coming months.

On 17th July there's an informal evening, starting at 19:30, for members to eat out at Planet Pasta whilst enjoying the Flamenco show at Square Gastaud bandstand. If you'd like to attend, you'll need to inform the Association before 15th July, so that a table can be reserved. For more information phone +377 93 50 19 52 or email bam[at]monaco.mc.

Looking further ahead, a day out in Biot with a guided tour of the glass factory is planned for 25th September. Following the visit, there'll be lunch in the village and an afternoon to wander the streets and browse the shops.

Another trip is being considered for mid-October, to Bordighera in Italy, where it's hoped to have a guided tour of the recently renovated Queen Marguerita's villa.

Back in Monaco, one of the Carabiniers is being invited to give a talk on 2nd October at the English Library. This ties in with an afternoon visit on 19th October, when members can join the Carabiniers to watch the changing of the guard at the Palace, followed by lunch in their canteen, and a visit to their museum.

Finally, a bowling night is planned for November.
