Bonus for Brasserie's blonde beer
Congratulations to Francois Pichon, brew-master of the Brasserie de Monaco. Earlier this month, his beer won a gold award at the 18th Concours National de Biere (national beer competition) at the Musee Francais de la Brasserie (French brewing museum) in Saint Nicolas de Port.
The Brasserie de Monaco previously took away gold and silver medals in 2010 for its Pilsner and bottom-fermented blonde beer. This time, the Fourquet d'Or was received for its lager beer (biere blonde).
