A new experience at the Oceanographic Museum.

Monaco's Oceanographic Museum has installed Google's Liquid Galaxy for the oceans.
Developed by volunteer engineers at Google during their 20% "free" time, Liquid Galaxy uses Google Earth and a bank of monitors to provide an immersive experience. The screens are arranged in a circle to give you the feeling that you're flying through mountain ranges, valleys, and around buildings, anywhere in the world.
The installation in the Oceanographic Museum is different in that it uses Google Earth's Ocean to allow visitors to explore the deep sea. It's the only Liquid Galaxy installation in Europe dedicated to the oceans.
Read more about Liquid Galaxy on Google's website: Google Earth Liquid Galaxy. You can even build your own with a few computers, each with a copy of Google Earth.
