What's new?
Top Marques, the extravagant, luxury vehicle show starts today and continues throughout the weekend, and Monte Carlo Rolex Masters finals take place on Sunday afternoon. Note that if you use bus 100 to travel between Monaco and Menton or Nice, there are changes to the stop at the Roquebrune border, and although extra buses have been laid on, it's very busy carrying the extra tennis fans.
Down at the port, Zest is re-branding itself as a nightclub, by changing its name to Zest Club Restaurant, and introducing after work aperos and late night DJ sessions. A somewhat less frenetic experience is available from Saturday at Monte Carlo Beach's Deck brasserie, with packages that include brunch, water sports and a lounger by the pool.
What's in the diary...
Thursday: Wining and dining with Max.
Friday: Striking a pose with tennis pros.
Saturday: Hobnobbing at the opera.
Sunday: Relaxing with some water music.
Coming up next week, French film in Africa, and English French farce.
